1. ABOUT THIS POLICY
This Privacy Policy and Terms of Service ("Agreement") governs your use of NexGen Chat, an AI-powered assistant platform operated by Corverxis Technologies ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement in full. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service.
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account data — name, email address, password (hashed), and plan selection provided at sign-up.
- Usage data — number of prompts used per month, selected AI model, session timestamps, and feature interactions (e.g. XAI mode, export actions).
- Conversation content — messages you send and responses generated are transmitted to the AI provider (Anthropic) to fulfil your request. We do not permanently store conversation content on our servers by default.
- Location data — if you grant permission, approximate GPS coordinates and reverse-geocoded city name are used solely to provide local weather and timezone context in your session. This data is not stored after your session ends.
- Device & technical data — browser type, operating system, IP address, and approximate timezone for security and abuse prevention.
- Payment data — billing is processed by Stripe (web) or Apple (iOS). We do not store card numbers or payment instrument details.
3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use your information to:
- Create and maintain your account and authenticate your sessions.
- Enforce free-tier limits and apply your paid subscription entitlements.
- Transmit your prompts to Anthropic's API to generate AI responses.
- Provide local weather and timezone context when location permission is granted.
- Process payments and manage subscription status via Stripe or Apple.
- Send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset). We do not send marketing email without your explicit consent.
- Detect abuse, fraud, and security threats.
- Improve the platform through aggregated, de-identified analytics.
4. AI-GENERATED CONTENT
NexGen Chat uses large language models (LLMs) provided by Anthropic. AI-generated responses are produced automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. You are solely responsible for verifying any information before acting on it. Content generated by the AI does not constitute professional, medical, legal, or financial advice. Corverxis Technologies accepts no liability for decisions made based on AI output.
5. DATA SHARING & THIRD PARTIES
We share your data only as necessary:
- Anthropic — receives your prompt text to generate responses, subject to Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
- Supabase — hosts authentication and account metadata under SOC 2 Type II certification.
- Stripe / Apple — process payments under their respective privacy policies.
- Open-Meteo / OpenStreetMap — receive your coordinates (if location is permitted) to return weather and city name data. No personal identifiers are sent.
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for marketing purposes.
6. DATA RETENTION
Account data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us at privacy@corverxis.com. Upon deletion, your account data is removed within 30 days. Location data is session-only and never persisted. Conversation content is not stored on our servers after transmission to the AI provider.
7. SECURITY
We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, hashed password storage via Supabase Auth (bcrypt), and token-based session management. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify you of any breach affecting your personal data as required by applicable law.
8. YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
- Restrict or object to processing.
- Data portability (receive a copy of your data in a machine-readable format).
- Withdraw consent at any time (which will not affect lawfulness of prior processing).
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (EU/UK users: your local data protection authority; US users: the FTC or your state AG).

9. COOKIES & LOCAL STORAGE
NexGen Chat uses browser localStorage to store your session state, free-tier usage count, and conversation history locally on your device. No third-party advertising cookies are used. We do not use cross-site tracking.
10. SUBSCRIPTIONS & BILLING
Paid plans (Flash $9/mo, Pro $15/mo, Ultra $25/mo) are billed monthly in advance. Free-tier users receive 5 NexGen Flash prompts per calendar month. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are not provided for partial months. On iOS, subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID and subject to Apple's billing terms. On web, billing is managed through Stripe. To cancel, manage your subscription through your Apple ID settings (iOS) or contact billing@corverxis.com (web).
11. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to use NexGen Chat to:
- Generate content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, or violates any third-party rights.
- Attempt to circumvent free-tier limits, reverse engineer the platform, or access it through automated means.
- Share API keys, account credentials, or circumvent authentication.
- Use the service in any way that violates Anthropic's usage policies.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corverxis Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of NexGen Chat. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from this Agreement shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
13. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
14. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Agreement from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
